High Plains Hipster iOS App
The High Plains Hipster iOS app is a personal inventory management tool for vintage sellers. The following applies to app users:
- On-device storage: All inventory data, photos, and item records are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. No inventory data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- Sign in with Apple: Authentication uses Apple's Sign in with Apple service. We store only the Apple-assigned user identifier in your device's Keychain. We do not receive your Apple ID email address unless you choose to share it.
- Pinterest integration: If you connect a Pinterest account, the app uses the Pinterest API to read your boards and create pins for your inventory listings. We access only the boards and pins data necessary to publish listing content you explicitly choose to share. Pinterest OAuth tokens are stored in your device's Keychain and are never transmitted to our servers. We do not store, sell, or share your Pinterest data.
- Etsy & eBay integration: If you connect Etsy or eBay accounts, the app uses their respective APIs to manage your listings and orders. OAuth tokens are stored in your device's Keychain. Order and listing data is stored locally on your device only.
- On-device AI: Item identification and listing generation use on-device machine learning models. No photos or inventory data are sent to external AI services.
- Web search: If you use the Visual Search feature, search query text is sent to Tavily (a third-party search service) to find comparable listings. No photos or personal data are included in these requests.
App Data Deletion
To delete all app data: open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." This removes all locally stored data and disconnects all linked marketplace accounts. To revoke Pinterest access independently, visit your Pinterest security settings and remove High Plains Hipster from connected apps.
